Cancelation Policy

Cancellation by

While, we make every effort  to ship each and  every order that has been  placed by our valued customer. However some time  we may have to cancel orders in
some of the situations.

  • Product no longer available with us and  out of stock
  • Sufficient  quantity is not available
  • Quality issue noticed in product
  • Inventory  error
  • Problems identified by our gateway 
  • Incomplete address
  • Non-serviceable locations

. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

Customer can cancel the order by sending a communication  within 24-Hrs of placing the order. Cancellation of order is not possible if already processed and shipped. 

Since most of the items displayed are customized as per individual customer's order, thus it would not be possible to accept:

- Any custom stitched orders
- Any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order / details on
- Any change in the order during stitching / shipping status.
- Any re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)
